This adorable red, gray, and black striped Signor California vintage 1980s dress is one of my absolute favorites. A lightweight construction allows for comfortable movement. This dress is unlined, has belt loops, but no belt included , elastic waist and one button on the cuffs.
Add a belt to this beauty and you’ll have a completely different look.
